do you exchange? yes!-

Ordered the wrong size, no problem! Please email us within 7 days after delivery to exchange. -  hello@cloudastrid.com

Including your order number and the subject line ‘RETURN’ or ‘EXCHANGE’. 

Please allow the current lead time for your new product to be made, as we don’t carry stock. You as the buyer will be responsible for the return postage. For exchanges, item/s must be returned in the original condition.
 

do you accept returns? Yes, if the item is faulty.

As each item is made to order, we don’t accept returns unless the item is faulty. Then either a full refund will be given or the item will be replaced. Measurements are given to make it easier to match your babe to a size. If you’re unsure size up, then your little one can grow into it. 

For both returns and exchanges, send the item/s back 1st or 2nd class signed for. As your parcel will be covered if it was to go missing in the post!  Keep your postage receipt for tracking purposes. For exchanges, item/s must be returned in the original condition. You’re responsible for the cost of postage on returns or exchanges.

Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship world wide.

Shipping times and prices:

  • Uk - 1st class signed- £4.00 1-2 business days. Normally once posted this arrives the next day.

  • UK- Next day delivery- £8.00. Does what it says on the tin, guaranteed before 1pm the next working day! Please email before selecting this option. As everything is made to order, we don’t carry stock!

  • WORLDWIDE- International tracked and signed. £10.00+ (depending on weight) 5-8 business days. Please allow for customs as parcels can take upto three weeks.

  • WORLDWIDE- EXPRESS COURIER £30.00 - 1-4 day delivery window, email updated tracking. Please email before selecting, so we can make sure we can get your order shipped for a specific date.
